Jeremy Gorman FCA

Jeremy established Corporate Governance Limited in 1990, having acted for many years as Finance Director and Company Secretary to smaller quoted companies.

He has considerable experience of working with and advising Boards on all aspects of corporate governance, quoted company regulations and best market practice.

Jeremy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and qualified originally with Deloitte Plender Griffiths & Co, a predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Corporate Governance Limited is a member of the Quoted Companies Alliance, which represents the interests of smaller quoted companies, and the European Corporate Governance Institute.

Charles Gorman

Charles has over 11 years' experience in capital markets and communications. For 8 years, he ran Investor Relations, Media and Corporate Communications programmes for UBS in London, Zurich and New York. He was subsequently recruited by Financial Dynamics, the leading financial PR firm, where he developed a successful practice focusing on hedge funds, private equity and specialist lenders.

Charles has advised a wide range of listed financial services clients in a retained and transactional capacity. These include: Aviva, Allied Irish Banks, Commerzbank, Lehman Brothers, Carlyle Capital, Kensington Group, Cattles, Thomas H Lee Capital, Harborvest Partners, Wellington Underwriting, Alpha Bank, CM Advisors, Boussard & Gavaudan and Thomas Lloyd AG.

Charles joined Corporate Governance Limited in 2007 to focus on the communications needs of AIM and small-cap LSE clients. He has an MA in Engineering from Cambridge University, and speaks French, Czech and Russian. He is currently studying for his CFA.
